About Us
Founded in 1979 by the current CEO, we started taking the first steps in the sector with artistic ironwork as the main activity.
Attentive to new market demands, even in the 1980s, we evolved our core business into a new area, we start to transforming, manufacturing and applying aluminum frames.
The evolution of the real estate market in the national territory and the consequent growth of the sector, led to the need to renovate our facilities, namely to provide them with more and better human ressources, technological and physical means. Therefore, in 1991 we inaugurated our facilities, a place where the activity is still perpetuated.
The search for efficiency and modernization of our structure led us to move towards certification and qualification in 2004, since then we have been awarded an “INCI” building permit, which was followed by the certification process, within the scope of the CE Marking (NP EN 14351-1: 2008) and the implementation of the Quality Management System (NP EN ISO 9001).
Attentive to the global economic situation, we direct efforts towards the export and exploration of markets with a view to the internationalization of the company. Thus, since 2010, we have made a major investment in the international promotion of our products and services, especially in the African continent and South America.
Despite the success of exports to various countries on the African continent, in March 2015, we founded AVB-Alumínios Senegal, based in Dakar, whose inauguration of the factory and start of production will take place in the 1st half of 2016.
In short, we are a company with enormous experience in the sector, equipped with the latest technology and with highly trained and specialized personnel, where, for more than 40 years, we have not forgotten the original motto of our founder:
